For this project, Rheo built a 2-Chamber Weighing and Dispensing Negative Pressure Isolator system with a large airlock to store material that is passed through the main chamber to be weighed and dispensed in another type of container. The Flexible Isolator features gas tight zippers to provide access to load material in the airlock chamber. A RheoFan Unit with HEPA filters produce a cascading negative pressure from the room environment to the airlock to the main chamber. This feature prevents material from migrating outside the flexible enclosure and contaminating the room.
An operator platform was also provided to keep operators in an ergonomic position.
