This custom single use isolator and frame were developed to handle viles filled with potent materials being discharged from a filling machine. The enclosure has three chambers and allows the vile collection cart of the filler to be rolled into the first chamber through a gas-tight zipper. The enclosure is taped to the equipment to provide full containment and has an integrated HEPA filter for the filling machine discharge air.
