A mobile stainless steel frame is used to suspend the flexible enclosure via multiple suspension hooks on the frame. The frame supports a stainless steel containment enclosure attachment tray that is the work surface for the internal processes. The Flexible Enclosure is attached to the tray using two-sided tape and U-shaped molding to assure containment. A scale is placed on the work surface prior to installation of the Flexible Enclosure and 115V electrical source is provided to the internal work area for the scale. The Flexible Enclosure comes with matching grommet and bungee suspensions to match hook locations on the frame.
The Flexible Enclosure has multiple glove sleeves that are strategically placed to allow contained and ergonomic performance during scale operations. The system is provided with a RheoFan Unit (RFU) with HEPA filters for dynamic airflow throughout the process. The dynamic air flow assures internal containment levels in the unlikely event of an enclosure breech.
Charging and discharging for the process can be accomplished using a 12” diameter BIBO (bag-in/bag-out) system. The BIBO system uses RheoCrimp technology for contained transfers in and out of the enclosure.
