A mobile stainless steel frame is used to suspend the flexible enclosure via multiple suspension hooks on the frame. The frame supports a stainless steel work surface for the internal process of dispensing from containers to the sieve inlet. The Flexible Enclosure comes with matching grommet and bungee suspensions to match hook locations on the frame.
The Flexible Enclosure has multiple glove sleeves that are strategically placed to allow contained and ergonomic performance during the sieve operations. The system is provided with a high flow canister HEPA so the system can be coupled to a RheoFan Unit (RFU) if required. The Flexible Enclosure is attached to the sieve using a flexible containment belt installed on the sieve and an encapsulated o-ring that is incorporated in to a sleeve on the enclosure.
Charging for the process is accomplished using a 12” diameter BIBO (bag-in/bag-out) system or a 23” diameter crum charging canister. Both charging options use RheoCrimp technology for contained transfers.
Discharge of processed powders can be accomplished using a Rheo Continuous Liner system with RheoCrimp or RheoPacs with split butterfly containment technologies.
