The stainless steel portable frame supports a two section flexible enclosure for unloading trays and dispensing them to a Continuous Liner weighing station. The front section of the enclosure accommodates the outward swing of the tray dryer door while being able to collapse inward for easy tray unloading access. It is connected to the tray dryer using a stainless steel flange attached to the tray dryer around the door opening.
The weigh and dispense section of the flexible enclosure provides an area for unloading the trays. The end portion incorporates a Continuous Liner for contained dispensing into a drum or other package on an independent scale frame.
Empty trays are disposed of using multiple bag-out sleeves connected and crimp separated using a stainless steel containment canister on the underside of the weigh and dispense frame. A shelf for supporting the empty trays is included for ease disposal operation.
Other than the tray dryer flange attachment, the enclosure is six sided and supported with bungee style connections. Numerous glove sleeves are included to assure easy access to critical process areas by operators.
