A Variable Height Drum Tipper and height adjustable Material Transfer Station (MTS) were configured to enable the customer to carry out a hand screening process and vacuum conveyance of powder under high containment. The MTS was equipped with a custom Rheo Flexibles Transfer Isolator. The Variable Height Drum Tipper and MTS in the fully raised positions allows the hand screening of powder into a tall IBC positioned beneath the MTS. The lowered positions allows dispensing of powder into a portable vacuum hopper.
