Discharge Mount
The Continuous Liner system will mount to the discharge chute of various equipment types. Rheo Engineering offers several options for connections, as well as valve controls and dosing systems that can be used for filling Continuous Liners.
Packout Station
The Rheo Packout Station is designed to facilitate the efficient filling of drums to an accurate weight. After the target weight is achieved, the system automatically stops the material transfer and notifies the operator.
Rheo’s optional EasyClamp provides a hands free and fast release of the Continuous Liner as the next portion of liner needs to be pulled down. This option improves operator efficiency and reduces the risk of incorrect placement of a manual clamp system.
RheoCrimp
The RheoCrimp Kit includes the complete starter kit for the cable-tie and cut process. This starter kit comes in a high-quality carrying case and includes:
- Cable -Tie Tensioner
- 50 RheoCrimps
- 50 Zip Ties
- Roll of GMP Tape
- Cutting Shears for cutting between Cable-Ties

RheoFlex™ Film
Rheo liners are constructed from Polyethylene (with a non-migratory anti-stat) that has been tested and is fully compliant with all regulatory requirements. The film comes with a full documentation package tied to the labeled part number.
Testing Center
Rheo is able to do full mock-ups as well as containment performance verification in our Rheo Testing Center. Partner with our engineering team and we can produce a prototype system for your application and verify performance to build confidence in the implementation phase.
