Benchtop Isolators

The Rheo Benchtop Isolator can be configured with various glove arrangements and multiple chambers to allow for contained benchtop laboratory operations. These isolators can be equipped with sealed cord pass-through ports for bench-top weighing scales or with other electrical/pneumatic utility connections.

Negative Pressure Option

The Benchtop Isolator can be equipped to connect to our RheoFan Unit to supply a negative pressure isolator. This configuration will achieve better containment performance and is equipped with a pressure indicator so the operator knows the isolator conditions at all times.

Drum Tipper Option

The Rheo Drum Tipper can be utilized to dispense powder into the Benchtop Isolator through the back drum port. The Drum Tipper is stainless steel construction and designed for use in GMP areas. Robust pneumatic cylinders tilt and position the drum. The simple Drum Tipper controls promote operator safety, and the isolator frame can be equipped with alignment guides for repeatable drum positioning.

Scissor Lift Option

Rheo can provide a stainless steel Scissor Lift to allow easy access to a receiving drum. The Scissor Lift can raise containers up to 36″ and is manually operated via a foot pedal.

RheoFlex™ Film

Rheo isolators are constructed from Thermoplastic Polyurethane (with a non-migratory anti-stat) that has been tested and is fully compliant with all regulatory requirements. These films are available in both matte and clear finish and come with a full documentation package tied to the labeled part number.
